Unification of technical requirements for equipment of the oil and gas complex as a cost optimization tool

Annotation:

One of the main cost items when developing oil and gas fields is the purchase of equipment. The authors of the article discuss formation of procurement documentation specific features for purchasing equipment as well as present approaches to the methodology for creating unified technical requirements. In order to implement the approaches and tools for procurement documentation formation, conducting tender procedures for ordering equipment, it is proposed to develop unified technical requirements and automate questionnaires in order to obtain unified approaches to inventory management. These tools will allow taking into account a lot of parameters for ordering equipment, reducing the number of errors, standardizing the selection of parameters, automating the ordering process, which in turn will optimize the company's costs.
