Annotation:

The high proportion of oil produced using electrically-driven vane pumping (EDVP) installations as well as the constant growth of oil production complicating factors caused the expansion of digital technologies introduction aimed at improving the efficiency of this type of equipment operation. Examples of digital technologies for electrically-driven vane pumping installations are computer programs for selecting and predictive analyzing the operation of the reservoir – well – pumping unit system, software and hardware complexes and information and measuring devices that automate EDVP installations operation process, databases of field facilities, operational conditions, availability and movement of oilfield equipment. The certified software complexes of the “Avtotechnolog” family are presented, designed for the selection and analysis of oil–producing equipment operation and the certified Binus virtual flowmeter, which provides determination of a large number of operational parameters of EDVP installations, including wells flow rates. The technical and metrological capabilities of these digital technologies and the prospects for their replication into the Russian oil industry are shown.
