Annotation:
Catalytic cracking is one of the largest-tonnage catalytic processes of producing fractions of high-octane gasoline and diesel fuel during petroleum fractions processing. The authors of the article present the data, obtained during the process of catalytic cracking of non-hydrotreated heavy vacuum gas-oil in the presence of a micro-spherical aluminosilicate catalyst synthesized by introducing α-Al2O3 filler into an aluminosilicate hydrosol and REY rare earth zeolite into an aluminosilicate hydrogel. The cracking process was investigated when the cracking temperature changed from 440 to 500 °C, the mass feed rate of raw materials from 2,5 to 20,0 h–1 and the mass ratio of catalyst – raw materials from 3:1 to 7:1. According to the results of the research, the optimal conditions of the catalytic cracking process implementation were determined.
