Annotation:
The authors of the article provide technical solutions and technologies for drying and nitrogen preservation of technological pipelines and compressor stations equipment after their strength tests. A standard algorithm for diagnosing and controlling of operating processes is formulated to ensure reliability requirements and design indicators of gas quality, taking into account the experience of commissioning the "Blue Stream" (Russia – Turkey) pipelines, the offshore part of the North European Gas Pipeline, Bovanenkovo – Ukhta and "Power of Siberia" gas pipelines. A method of diagnosing the tightness of shut-off valves by measuring the parameters of the control vessel has been developed. Based on the results of pressure measurement at the controlled section of the gas pipeline using the control vessel, the tightness of the equipment is evaluated.
