Annotation:

The authors of the article consider the issues of improving management system of an enterprise specializing in the production of unique (piece) products that require independent development of technical projects (technical tasks). Using the example of a specific enterprise of this type, the most characteristic management problems and ways of their solution are identified. The information-structural scheme of an enterprise functioning is proposed, taking into account the production process specifics. Special attention is paid to the issues of substantiation of the centralized tactical and operational planning introduction into the enterprise management system. The simplest example shows the possibilities of reducing the total working time of an enterprise for manufacturing a group of unique products (orders) by optimizing planned activities. Based on the results of the survey carried out, specific recommendations were formulated to improve organization of work planning.
