Vibration characteristics of electrically-driven vane borehole pumps and their dependence on the pumping unit position in space

Annotation:

The complicated equipment operational capacity and durability depends on the quality of its parts manufacture and units’ assembly. The technical state of the equipment can be checked by using vibro-acoustic or other diagnostics on special stands or in working condition during operation. The vibration impact is expressed by reliability and operational life durability decrease, unscheduled repairs, occurrence of emergency situations and violation of technological mode. Analysis of vibration characteristics is an important tool for assessing the technical state and ensuring reliable operation of pumping units. Various machinery and equipment are tested for increased vibration using special devices. A stand for dynamic tests of downhole electrically-driven vane pump stages is used for such testing.
