Standardization as a quality tool for liquefied natural gas

Annotation:

Currently, of all hydrocarbon-containing minerals, the leading place should be given to natural gas and, especially, liquefied natural gas (LNG). The presented life cycle analysis shows that, mainly for LNG, it is formed by production, storage and transportation. In this case, priority is given to LNG of the "A" brand. LNG production in the Arctic and the use of the Northern Sea Route will activate the development of modern ice-class gas tankers. Their rationing and standardization can be supported using a Form Factor. Studies of the availability of domestic regulatory and technical documents in these areas of LNG development indicate their insufficiency and the dominance of foreign standards. The authors of the article discuss the problems of quality, complexity and systematic approach to domestic standardization in the field of LNG.
