Annotation:

Based on hydrodynamic and thermal models for calculating the operating modes of a field trunk pipeline, that describe the process of motor fuels transportation, taking into account the ambient temperature influence on their physical-chemical properties and rheological behavior, a mathematical model of the non-isothermal process of transporting motor fuels through field trunk pipelines in various climatic conditions is developed by the authors of the article , representing a system of differential equations. Based on the model of non-isothermal fuels flow through a pipeline, a method and program for thermohydraulic calculation of a field main pipeline for transporting motor fuels in various climatic conditions have been developed, taking into account the dynamically changing temperature of the flow due to heat exchange with the environment. The research results in the form of numerical calculations of pipeline operating modes under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions, taking into account the rheological behavior of motor fuels, have been validated and proposals for making additions to the operating instructions for field trunk pipelines have been introduced.
