Annotation:

The development of the Devonian terrigenous complex within the Perm region is accompanied by a number of complications due to the complex geological structure, which is extremely uncharacteristic for the reservoirs of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan deposits, where this complex is most common. One of the problems encountered is premature water-flooding of wells during a deposit operation. The study is aimed at solving this problem by introducing waterproofing works carried out in the production well stock. With the help of hydrodynamic modeling, predictive calculations were performed in order to prove the technological efficiency of the implemented measure. Based on the data obtained during the simulation, an economic assessment of the proposed option was made. As a result of the work, the high technological and economic efficiency of waterproofing work was determined, which allows concluding that it is advisable to use it at the target field, as well as at other development sites of the Devonian terrigenous complex of fields in the Perm region.
