Annotation:

The article analyzes the current state of modeling of surface-molecular and ion-exchange processes of pore channels wetting in the process of reservoir fluids filtration, which significantly affect the oil recovery of reservoirs; the significant influence of the oil component composition and injected water on the wettability of rocks, their hydrophilization or hydrophobization and, consequently, on the reservoirs oil recovery is identified. A detailed analysis of the capillary forces between the pore channels and the reservoir fluids is also provided. A model for determining the wetting angle is proposed. Mathematical models for determining the horizontal and vertical permeability of the reservoir are developed. The obtained models were identified. A new method for determining reservoir permeability is proposed.
