Annotation:

The main field material for analyzing the dynamics of wells operation is the technological indicators base, which includes measurements of oil, water, liquid flow rates. The traditional analysis of technological indicators involves their representation in the time domain. The article presents an alternative way of representation –in the frequency domain in the form of a spectrum. Transition into the frequency domain includes the implementation of three stages – signal selection, modification and transformation. The representation of the signal in the form of a spectrum makes it possible to expand the technological indicators analysis, make it deeper and more sensitive to changes of the well operation dynamics as well as reveal the features of the physical processes flow in a reservoir and a well, which are difficult to diagnose by conventional methods.
