Annotation:

The article briefly describes the geological structure of the central part of the Tannuolskiy nose, followed by the analysis of its history formation based on the results of a joint geological seminar of SamaraNIPIneft LLC and RN-KrasnoyarskNIPIneft LLC in 2021. Field observations, geological maps data and literature sources are given. Stages of sediments powerful accumulation are assumed in the Cambrian, Ordovician and Silurian, Devonian and Jurassic of the Tannuolskiy nose. The degree of metamorphism of coals from the Middle Jurassic sediments of the Kaa-Khemskoe deposit indicates that the thickness of the Mesozoic deposits in the Central Tuva trough was more than 2 km. Field observations of ancient rocks outcrops in folded areas are very important for understanding the structure of complex regions when interpreting geological and geophysical sections.
