Annotation:

The object of the study is local predictive structures identified in the Visean complex of deposits on the basis of 2D and 3D seismic surveys on the territory of the Bashkir dome of the Perm Territory. In the course of the work, local structures of the third order were identified based on the reflecting horizon IIK, traps with already known oil and gas potential as well as potentially predictive ones, were encountered. The constructed three-dimensional regional model made it possible to calculate and download the parameters of accumulation, migration and generation of hydrocarbons as well as obtain information about each structure according to all the above-mentioned sets of criteria. The collected data were analyzed for the presence of a relationship with the saturation of local structures with hydrocarbons according to T-statistics and through the construction of individual probabilistic models. A comprehensive analysis was carried out applying machine learning methods – step-by-step linear discriminant analysis and support vector machine. As a result of the studies, potentially oil-saturated and empty structures were identified from the category of predictive ones.
