Annotation:

The analysis of laboratory studies of density and elastic and strength properties of core samples of carbonate reservoir rocks of the fields of the Timano-Pechora oil and gas province was carried out. Relationships between these parameters and the value of porosity are revealed. The obtained statistical relationships were used for a 3D geomechanical modeling of the Famennian deposits of one of the oilfields in the region under consideration, including the distribution of the elastic and strength properties of rocks and fields of vertical and horizontal stresses. Using a geomechanical model, a drilling fluid "density window" was determined to prevent complications while wells drilling in the interval of reservoir rocks.
