Annotation:
The article presents the results of the work performed on the construction of an integrated model of the Pokachevskoye oil field. The main results of the program implementation of the model pilot operation are summarized, which consist in substantiating the measures of improving the efficiency of the Pokachevskoye field development. Approaches to solving production problems, focused on identifying the unrealized potential of an asset and removing restrictions ("bottlenecks") in the technological chain of hydrocarbon production are described.
