When developing oil fields, there occurs an effective pressures change in rocks. The effective pressure increase causes worsening of reservoir characteristics. The author of the article notes a fact that the increase of terrigenous reservoirs initial permeability leads to its intensity decrease when the effective pressure increases. In this case, the permeability significant decrease is observed in case of a relatively small increase of the effective stress. For the empirical and power equations, the permeability changes dependence on effective stresses, the values of the coefficients of sensitivity to loading and the constants of the material are determined according to the data of hydrodynamic studies. The values of the coefficients determined by the data of laboratory and hydrodynamic studies were compared. By the ratio of the coefficients values, it is possible to assess the fractures system presence in the bottomhole zone of wells. The dependences obtained for predicting the loading sensitivity coefficients and material constants allow more correct prediction of the main development indicators.
