Annotation:

The data on the reservoir waters hydrochemistry of the Jurassic-Cretaceous sediments section of the Tazovskiy deposit area from the beginning of geological exploration to the present are summarized. The predominance of sediment-genic waters, sometimes mixed with ancient infiltrate-genic solutions that got into the water pressure system during the existence of a continental sedimentation situation, has been revealed. An increase of the Apt-Albian-Cenomanian waters mineralization in the north-west direction was traced, which is consistent with the pattern of lithological and facies sedimentation conditions changes in this direction from the conditions of the coastal plain to the conditions of the shallow sea. The presence of bicarbonate-sodium and chloride-magnesium types of waters in the Cenomanian horizon of the Tazovskiy deposit (according to V.A. Sulin) along the eastern side of an extended tectonic fault suggests a connection with the vertical migration of waters along this fault of the Neocomian and/or Jurassic complexes. Typing of intra-circuit and peripheral waters of the Cenomanian gas-oil deposit of the Tazovskiy deposit proves the fact that the above-discussed processes of groundwater migration and the processes of filling the trap with hydrocarbons are not related to each other.
