Annotation:
Issues, related to the use of new technology, based on the method of active thermometry for solving environmental problems in the study of idle, production and injection wells are considered. The characteristics of a downhole tool with an inductor module and a module of distributed temperature sensors, that allow measuring the temperature of the casing are given. The results of mathematical modeling are discussed, which indicate the possibility of quantitative estimation of the intensity of behind-the-casing flow.
