PREVENTION OF THE FORMATION OF ASPHALT-RESIN-PARAFFIN DEPOSITS BY INNER WELL COMPAUDING OF OILS

Annotation:

The formation of organic deposits during fluid extraction and transportation is one of the most common complications in oil production. The formation of these deposits is often associated with a deviation of the flow behavior from the Newtonian properties. During oil production in winter conditions on the territory of the Perm region, there occur accidents associated with the crystallization of the flow and the shutdown of production at the object. To solve this problem, it is proposed to use the technology of downhole compounding of oils. Laboratory studies have shown that a mixture of low-viscous asphalten oil with the target fluid can reduce the intensity of paraffin formation by more than four times, and the dynamic viscosity of the mixture - up to two times. This article presents the recommended assemblies of deep-water pumping equipment that allow implementing this technology. At the same time, uninterrupted oil production by the target well becomes possible, reducing the pressure in the oil collection system and increasing the inter-cleaning and inter-repair periods of the well.
