FEATURES OF VISCOUS OIL RECOVERY FROM CARBONATE RESERVOIRS WITH INCREASED RESERVES DENSITY

Annotation:

The study of viscous oil recovery from a carbonate reservoir containing reserves of different densities proved the fact that for the full oil withdrawal and in order to reduce its viscosity by dissolving asphalt-resin-paraffin content, it is recommended to inject a water-gas mixture of "dry" and "fat" gases in the ratios obtained by technological parameters calculation in field conditions. So, for reserves with increased density, it is most effective to increase the introduction of "fat" gas by 6...8 %.
