Annotation:

For the separation of oil production in wells operating jointly several layers, for assessing the rate of reserves development and planning geological and technical measures, it is proposed to use the analysis of the light absorption coefficient and the micro-component composition. The method allows distribution of oil between layers based on the analysis of surface samples using data from wells developing one layer (wells of the reference fund). This technology has shown its effectiveness in the development of heavy oil fields, where it is difficult to implement oil separation by pumping equipment.
