Annotation:

The article is devoted to increasing the turnaround maintenance time of sand-producing wells based on the development of effective technology for fixing the bottom-hole zone. Efficiency increase of the bottom-hole zone fastening should be achieved by creating a grouting barrier in the bottom-hole zone. One of such methods is restoration of the cement stone strength when cementing wells bottom-hole zones. Experiments were carried out in laboratory conditions to improve the method of fixing the bottom-hole rocks. It has been revealed that the use of ferro-particles, makes it possible to regulate the rheological parameters of the cement slurry and increase the strength of the cement stone to prevent the mechanical and filtration destruction.
