Annotation:

The article presents the analysis of changes in the viscosity of oils with an initial viscosity of more than 100 mPa∙s. The necessity of taking into account the parameter associated with a change in oil viscosity is substantiated for the purpose of high-quality planning and development of heavy oil fields with established non-Newtonian properties. The general scheme of nonlinearly viscous-plastic oil inflow to a vertical well located centrally in a circular drainage zone is presented. The technique and calculations for dividing the well feed loop into zones, taking into account the rheological properties of oil and their dependence on the pressure gradient, are presented and described. It is noted in the work that the local destruction of the structure of high-viscosity oil during field development leads to a decrease in viscosity and an increase in waterflooding efficiency, expressed in a change in the dynamics of the growth of water cut in well production, especially at high values of water cut.
