Annotation:

In the era of unstable economic and geopolitical conditions, the implementation of capital-intensive investment projects is, on the one hand, a driver for an oil company growth, and on the other hand, it determines a high level of investment loss risk. The use of a risk-based approach allows companies to limit the impact of external and internal negative factors and ensure the target level of investment efficiency.
