Annotation:
This article considers the problems of increasing the value of capital projects in the oil and gas industry. The process of increasing the value of projects, its characteristic features and elements are described. Possible lists of value-adding activities are provided. The process of planning to increase the value of the project is presented. As an example, the key measure of increasing the value of the project – peer review is considered in detail.
