Annotation:

Recently, a wide variety of industrial repair and insulation compositions have been used to limit water inflow and increase oil recovery. However, the simultaneous presence of several problems in the operation of production and injection wells (CCC-annular circulation, high water cut in the formation, cone formation, reduction of formation pressure below saturation pressure, sand manifestation) complicates the successful implementation of geological and technical measures to restore the operability and productivity of these wells.

A repair and insulation composition was developed on the basis acrylic polymer hydrogels, which allows simultaneous and sequential carrying out work on the elimination of several complications at the well: annular circulation, non-tightness of the production casing string, acceleration profile alignment (runway), conformance control, etc.
