Annotation:
The article discusses the process of conducting pilot tests of composite casing strings. The results of design calculations of composite casing strings for operating loads are presented. Changes in the design of threaded subs are described. The results of cementing are evaluated as well as the risks of the column floating when injecting the displacement fluid. Limitations are noted in the interpretation of the standard geophysical survey methods for assessing the technical state of a composite casing string. Conclusions are made about the possibility of replicating the technology of wells casing by composite casing pipes.
