Annotation:
The presence of mechanical impurities is often observed in the production of multilateral wells, operating weakly cemented reservoirs or using multi-stage hydraulic fracturing technology. The results of geophysical research as well as traditional application methods do not solve the problem of identifying intervals or ports of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing – sources of sand occurrence. The authors of the article propose new approaches to the field data analysis, based on the results of laboratory studies of acoustic noise occurrence nature in operating wells in comparison with well material.
