Annotation:
In connection with the development of technologies in the field of design and monitoring of fields development, the necessity of these processes information support by the results of wells hydrodynamic testing (WHDT) is constantly growing. The main obstacle to obtaining WHDT additional information is the necessity of shutting down wells for researching and, accordingly, the occurrence of oil losses. "Production analysis" method is one of the research methods that allow solving standard WHDT problems without special wells shutdowns. Additional capabilities of the method are the determination and forecast of the reservoir pressure trend as well as the identification of the influence of the injection well operation on the production well. The authors of the article discuss examples of the method application in the fields of the Perm region.
