RISK ANALYSIS OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF A GAS TRANSMISSION ENTERPRISE

Annotation:

The paper considers the trends, goals, purposes and aims of the project of the project of a gas transportation enterprise digital transformation. The object of the study is the system of an industrial enterprise control; the subject of the study is the models of making managerial decisions. The root-cause analysis of the problem is made as well as analysis of risks of a gas transmitting enterprise digitalization is carried out as well. The results of the analysis proved the fact of risks availability in the project, which are associated with the technology, personnel, organizational, technical and cyber threats. Possible application of digital technologies in a gas transmission company activity is discussed. Possible causes of unsatisfactory implementation of the project are as follows: human factor, internal environment, external environment, information technologies, financing and security. It is shown that one of the main trends when analyzing the risks of digital transformation is information security as well as the required condition of successful implementation of the digital transformation project is availability of highly qualified specialists.
