Annotation:

The purpose of the work was to identify factors affecting the profitability of stocks. The paper identifies a number of factors that, with the traditional approach, are not considered as parameters that affect the effectiveness of projects. From a practical point of view, knowledge of such factors, the mechanism of their influence on the effectiveness of investment projects will allow making investment decisions more reasonably and managing the investment process more effectively.
