Annotation:

Using the example of Gazprom Dobycha Nadym, the article presents main factors that determine the need to realize small-scale innovative projects within small working groups within a gas production enterprise. The main approaches to the organization of innovative activity, their brief description, including their main advantages and disadvantages are presented in the article. The expediency of development and implementation into industrial practice agile method is noted. Due to this method, an impressive number of innovative and very important for Gazprom dobycha Nadym projects have been initiated, some of which have already been realized. In addition, focusing on international experience, it was proposed to consider the possibility of attracting commercial startups to realize small innovative projects, while large long-term projects are proposed to continue to be carried out under R&D agreements by special research organizations.
