Annotation:

The article discusses the influence of intellectual capital (IC) on the formation of the economic results of countries and companies. It was revealed that IC is a leading factor in the innovative development of any company, as it contributes to the transition to a new technological level by creating innovative competitive products; leads to an increase in the efficiency and productivity of employees; creates an innovative type of employees thinking; contributes to the creation of new markets at various levels of the economy (local, regional, national and global). Therefore, the importance and novelty of this work is to demonstrate the evolutionary development of the intellectual capital management system.
