Annotation:
This study analyzes the economic effects associated with the implementation of the strategy of localization and import substitution, including increasing the fields' development profitability, multiplier effects generation in the context of inter-industry ties of the country's economy. Based on the results of the study, it was possible to formulate a conceptual conclusion that increase of the level of the national oil and gas industry localization is one of the prior directions of the energy policy in oil and gas fields' development.
