CRITERIA FOR SELECTING SUPPLIERS OF MATERIAL-TECHNICAL RESOURCES AND SERVICES IN THE CONTEXT OF OUTSOURCING

Annotation:

The paper considers the problem of choosing suppliers of material-technical resources and services to provide the demands of investment projects of a vertically integrated oil and gas company. An evaluation procedure is proposed for searching and selecting the best alternatives among mutually excluding ones as well as identifying possible potential candidates. Its main advantage is its easy understanding and using. An example of the calculation of criteria and ranks based on the collection of information about potential suppliers, its systematization by the selected criteria and the priority solutions is demonstrated.
