Economic instruments for sustainable project development in the oil and gas industry (by the example of the Kharampur gas field, YNAO)

Annotation:

The article proposes economic instruments that allow the systematic control of the progress of the project on the example of the development of the Kharampur gas field. Conducted an analysis of the calendar-network model and the possible risks of the project. The analysis was conducted taking into account the peculiarities of the oil and gas industry, the process of forming a common roadmap was considered, the critical path was assessed. Optimization of the schedule-network model of the project was carried out, formation of daily and monthly schedules with prioritized works on the basis of their reserves and unwinding of the critical path of the project on the basis of the reserve. Assigned a risk status to each project milestone, displaying the risk statuses of all project control points, the fixation of risks for each project milestone, fixing forecasts and the development of compensating measures, developed a register of priority problems and risks, allowing a timely response to them and manage them.
