Mathematical methods for processing technical standardization data in the process of developing estimate norms

Annotation:

The purpose of this article is to consider the existing methods of mathematical processing of technical standardization data in the process of developing / updating the estimated norms. In the existing Federal estimate and normative base, there are no methods for assessing the operational time spent on the implementation of the technological process, there are no mechanisms for cleaning timekeeping series based on the results of regulatory observations. Also, the current Federal estimate and regulatory framework does not provide answers to questions on the formation of a line of estimate norms, in the absence of field observations, for certain types of standard sizes used in the investigated technological process.
