Mutual and foreign trade of the EAEU countries: current state and development opportunities for the petrochemical market of the Union countries

Annotation:

The article presents the dynamics of changes in the world trade and the world GDP caused by COVID-19 pandemic aftereffects and the global energy crisis as well as the current state of the world petroleum chemistry. It is revealed that the EAEU petrochemical complex currently depends more on the import of products from other countries, thus negatively affecting the competitive position of the member countries of the Union in the world market. The main factors of competitiveness of petrochemical companies are identified.
