Annotation:
Based on the municipal strategic development plans, the article analyzes the place of the Arctic territories of the Komi Republic in the context of the implementation of the Strategy for the arctic zone development in the Russian Federation and guarantee of the national security for the period until 2035, approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated October 26, 2020. A three-level algorithm of the process approach is considered. At the same time, the initial experience of developing arctic practice was revealed, reserves were discovered, possible, in the authors’ opinion, improvement directions were proposed.
