Annotation:

This article discusses in detail the systems and methods of product quality management at the enterprises of the oil and gas sector as well as the main differences between them. The functioning of modern oil and gas companies in the market environment, the expansion of international cooperation, increased requirements to products establish new requirements for the quality management system. This situation is due to the fact that the activities of companies as well as the stability of their external and internal relations (not only at the national market) are determined by such a criterion as "competitiveness". This criterion, in itself, is determined by an impressive group of environmental factors, among which quality is decisive. The authors of the article conducted a study of the quality management system as the basis for the competitiveness of companies. In order to fully reveal the problems of the chosen topic, the authors turned to the history of the formation of the quality management system itself in our country. It should be noted that at the moment the issue of quality assurance is quite acute. This is due to the fact that products are becoming more expensive and more complicated, and the cost of its component parts is constantly growing. The interest in the history of the development of the quality management system is associated with a similar trend. Thus, the article examined in detail many systems and methods of product quality management at oil and gas enterprises and developed directions for improving these systems.
