Annotation:

Modern management is competitive and developing, that is why organizations have a constant need to search for new solutions and improve the efficiency of all processes taking place in the company. Due to the fact that the basic system of the company is employees, it is important for companies to concentrate more on talent management in the broadest sense of this concept. The talent management process is one of the most pressing issues of the enterprise and affects the changing of requirements for the training of highly qualified personnel, which should be highly competitive to maintain balance.
