Methodological provisions on the formation of costs for the development of offshore fields in the Arctic shelf (on the example of the Prirazlomny field)

Annotation:

The authors of the article discuss the economic methodology for the formation of costs for the fields located on the Arctic shelf. The technique is easy to use and meets the requirements of the industry methodological developments. The basis for the development of the database information model according to the methodology under consideration is the specific norms of capital and operating costs for the fields development on the sea shelves, thus allowing taking into account the results of the enterprise's economic activity with the possibility of reaching the final cost results. It is relevant that the methodology is the basis for calculating the options for the development of offshore fields with the possibility of functioning of the information model in the industry automated system.
