Keywords: air transportation in Russia, number of air passengers in Russia, air transportation by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

Annotation:

The article studies the volumes of passengers’ air transportation in conditions of the implementation of the demand approach in the Russian market. Modeling is carried out taking into account the influence of factors of well-being and population number. To carry out numerical modeling, a mathematical model is applied that is used in the western countries, taking into account Russian specifics. This model makes it possible to visually assess the trends accompanying the current development of the aviation market in Russia and, in future, consider various scenarios for adjusting it.
