Methodological foundations for setting scientific and technical priorities of a technological strategy

Annotation:

Increase of the intensity of own progressive technologies introduction and attraction of external resources to solve the problems of hydrocarbons development, taken together, represent a serious challenge for achieving a sustainable competitive advantage for domestic oil and gas companies. The article is devoted to the methodological substantiation of the principles of formation and implementation of scientific and technical priorities (STP) of the technological strategy of a vertically integrated oil company (VIOC). An integrated approach to the preparation and decision-making in the tasks of setting scientific and technical priorities of the company's technological strategy, including methodological principles for evaluating and selecting these priorities of the company's technological strategy, is considered; the concept of a simulation system that provides research and calculations both at the level of individual energy processes and industries and at the level of industries and VIOC as a whole.
