Annotation:
The article is devoted to the study of digitalization role in the overall organization of the production process in the oil and gas industry; competitive priorities and competitive advantages, tools and technologies for making decisions in the production process are considered. While studying, the authors of the article noted that the production process at the enterprises of the oil and gas industry is very complicated. The main features include the fact that the production process is flammable and explosive and takes place in closed systems with short operations, and the final product is obtained by mixing various raw materials. The organization of the production process at the enterprises of the oil and gas industry, in any of their structural subdivisions, is based on the rational combination in time and space of the main, auxiliary and service processes. The study resulted in identification and quantitative substantiation of specific ways of digital solutions of production organization problem at oil and gas enterprises, including possible solution of the problems as well as in determination of some trends in the development of organizing production activities at oil and gas enterprises in the digital economy conditions.
