On the features of developing contractors management strategy in the oil and gas complex

Annotation:

The article considers the main methods which are applied to develop a strategy for managing contractors; milestones were studied, on the basis of which the stages of implementation of the strategy are determined; mechanisms and tools are presented that increase the efficiency of the strategy development. Formation of the management strategy of the contracting organization is considered in the context of uncertainty, the implementation of risk events.
