Annotation:

The article analyzes the genesis of low carbon oil and certified natural gas markets under the impact of the climate agenda. De-carbonization and de-methanization are purposely inbuilt into the line of factors supporting the global competitiveness of oil and gas companies. For leaders of the corporate oil and gas world, possessing sufficient resources and digital and market solutions, this is an opportune moment to get ahead in the redistribution of market openings. Natural gas certification by methane intensity in the US is developing in parallel with the active promotion of green agenda in the EU countries. It will additionally facilitate its export to European markets. Joining of "The Aiming for Zero" corporate initiative by Qatar will enhance competitiveness of the certified LNG in the Asia-Pacific region markets.
