Annotation:

Every year, the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex are becoming more and more high-tech, as they are more and more actively working with hard-to-recover and high viscous hydrocarbons/oil, applying the methods of oil recovery enhancement based on complex technologies, as well as actively practicing and developing projects for the cyphorization and digitalization of their production and business. Thus, in connection with the transition of the most developed industries of both the world and domestic economies to a new technological structure, all processes are transformed and accelerated. The labor market, which has recently become more competitive and invariably subject to changes, is no exception as well. Therefore, efficiently operating industrial companies require active monitoring of the labor market, its deep analysis and taking preventive measures against its challenges. The article analyzes the state of the labor market over the past years as well as examines its challenges impact on the industry organizations, namely, how companies use their human resources and nurture the employees’ potential in conditions of economic instability.
