Annotation:

The energy complex is one of the strategic complexes of Russia, that ensures not only the efficient operation of enterprises in various industries, but also practically the life processes of the population. The special significance of this complex determines the necessity of making deliberate and balanced management decisions, since insufficient elaboration of the proposed solutions can have negative consequences, even fatal ones. The article is devoted to the study of the characteristic features of the process of making managerial decisions in the energy complex, taking into account its special strategic significance. The authors of the article revealed the main features of managerial decision-making in the energy sector and developed an algorithm for making managerial decisions in energy companies, taking into account the identified features of their functioning. The authors of the article paid attention to various methods of system analysis, such as analysis and synthesis; formalization and concretization; composition and decomposition. A characteristic feature of managerial decision-making in Russia is the lack of sufficient algorithmization of this process, which will allow tracking risk situations at the adoption stage, but not at the implementation stage. The energy complex has a very high degree of strategic importance, however, in the process of managing the companies included in this complex, decisions are made according to a standard, universal algorithm, it does not take into account the individual characteristics of the industry, which in most cases have a major impact on the result obtained from the implementation of one or other solution. In the current conditions, the authors of the article developed a special algorithm for the process of making managerial decisions, adapted to the characteristic features of the functioning of enterprises in the energy complex. The algorithm developed by the authors of the article can be used at all enterprises that are part of the energy complex of Russia.
