Transformation of the branch university from the forge of personnel to the cradle of human capital

Annotation:

In the context of scientific and technological development, the model of a research university cannot be fully used to train personnel on the knowledge front. It is being replaced by entrepreneurial universities, which are important in terms of the institutional conditions of their organization. Preservation of the existing organization standards of the educational process and interaction between employers and higher schools holds off the transformation of Russian industrial universities, transferring attention to the development of human resources to the corporate level. The authors of the article propose institutional initiatives aimed at transforming Russian industrial universities and increasing human capital both in the university environment and in business.
